I made several changes:

+ No more metal corset thing! How would someone even fit in that? Now she has more realistic (I hope) armor

+ I got rid of the Romeo + Juliet sleeves and gave her armor gauntlets instead

+ Skirt is more "normal" sailor senshi

The armored Sailor Enigma is an ideal member to add strong defense to a fighting team. She can take a lot of damage and casts confusion spells and generally disorients people.

If I gave her more of a personality, I'd make her really MEAN.

Since it's not clear whether she is good or evil, she would be equally mean to good and evil characters.
