 This character is canon to the DIC DUB of Sailor Moon 

Please introduce yourself, and tell us where you're from.

I am Super Hyper Forever Sparkle Sailor Royal Unifinity. But you can call me Ultimate Sailor Unifinity which is my name on Earth. I have to have a special Earth name because mere humans cannot even begin to understand how powerful I am. Unifinity means Universe plus Infinity. My guardian Bella is a Mon-Cat; half monkey, half cat. She also glows in the dark.

When I am not a Sailor Scout, my name is Tiffany "Tiffy-chan" Monica Angel Amaterasu and I am an alien from the planet Fabulon with, like, a very special and super secret mission. I am over 1000 years old but I look young and cute. I am also Her Royal Highness the Supreme Princess of Fabulon.

What did you do in your past life?

In the Moon Kingdom I was Princess Serena's super secret sister. I grew up in the Moon Palace because I am, like, an orphan and Queen Serenity raised me as if I was her daughter. Princess Serena told me, because she trusted me so much, that she was going to give up her right to the throne to go live on Earth and marry Prince Darrien and she woud make me the new Moon Princess. She said she only made this decision because I was literally like a sister to her and if she didn't have a friend like me she would never make anyone else the Moon Princess, not even Sailor V. But this never happened because Queen Beryl attacked.

Why didn't you stop Queen Beryl?

Well, I totally could have, but I had to fly back to Fabulon because it was under attack by an even more powerful enemy. It was so powerful that it erased my memory, but I know I defeated it with my Pure Rainbow Mirror Crystal Heart, the most rare crystal in the Universe that is also, like, 5x more powerful that the Empyrean Silver Crystal. By the time I flew back to the Moon Kingdom it was too late and Queen Serenity personally told me to be reborn on Earth in the future to protect everyone.

What are you doing on Earth?

Um, after I was, like, reborn and stuff, I go to school with Serena and we are Sailor Scouts together. I am the most popular girl in school because I am super kawaii and fashionable. I am naturally blonde and tan and I am also a ganguro fashion icon and girls all over try to copy my style. My locker overflows with Love Letters but I am too busy being a Sailor Scout to, like, pick just one. It's hard trying to balance dating and fighting but it's ok because I'm waaaaay smarter than any Human and always get the best score on the test. Even better than Amy, but we're cool because I told her she was, like, really smart for a human. 

Also I was kidnapped by Queen Beryl and turned evil because she wanted to use my powers to destroy Sailor Moon. She turned me into a half-demon and my Negaverse name was Nega Tiff and all Queen Beryl's generals instantly fell in love with me and started fighting over me, because I was, like, sooo beautiful and sexy. I also think Queen Beryl was a little jealous. Queen Beryl sent me to destroy all the Sailor Scouts and Tuxedo Mask with my Nega Demon powers, but I was turned good again by Sailor Moon's tears and the Pure Rainbow Mirror Crystal Heart. Oh, and I can still use my Nega Demon powers if I want to.

So we fight against the Negaverse and Sailor Moon is, like, so happy to have me around to help her, since I am so powerful and she is so clumsy and cries all the time, but she is literally my best friend and I would, like, do anything for my friends at all costs.

When Sailor Moon became the Moon Princess (which I knew all along, duh) she said there was another princess that the Sailor Scouts needed to find, an even more powerful special princess who was going to be the real Moon Princess because she was, like, totally betrothed to Prince Darrien. It was totally ME, the Pure Heart Supreme Angel Princess of Fabulon. I mean, I didn't even, like, know that I was the Princess because my memory was erased.  Is that weird or what? 

Also I am really good at sports and was asked to be in the Olympics but I couldn't pick a favorite country to represent. Besides being a super talented artist, the only other thing I was able to do with my, like, free time, is win the Miss Universe pageant. I am also the youngest winner. 

Anything else we should know about you?

One time Tuxedo Mask tried to kiss me because I am sooooo beautiful he, like, couldn't help himself, but I said no because Serena is my BFF. Also, Raye and Mina are jealous bitches, but whatevs~

 Strengths: The Most Beautiful, can have any boy she wants as her boyfriend (but she has a hard time picking just one), excels in any sport, highest grades in school, SUPER POPULAR, best dressed, really really creative and gifted artistically, perfectly fluent in over a dozen Earth Languages (and even more Space Languages), can eat whatever she wants and not gain weight

 Likes: Shopping, eating, boys, flowers, dancing, going to the beach, brushing her hair, kittens

 Dislikes: Not getting her way

 Dream: After becoming the youngest Miss Universe, Tiffy-chan wants to focus on her Pop-Idol-Actress career and move to Hollywood where she will become the next Britney Spears, only she will be way more popular than Britney because she can actually sing. Also, she will star in the next Twilight movie which was written especially for her, and then a sequel to Harry Potter where she is more powerful wizard than him (also written especially for her).

WORDS: I tried to write this as poorly as I could; coincidentally, it reads pretty close to how my sister actually speaks...

INSPIRATION: This character is based on "that kid" we all knew growing up who seemed nice at first, but was really a pathological liar. This girl wanted to join the Middle School Sailor Moon Clique, but was too bossy and outrageous with her characters - such as Sailor Princess Ultimate Star (no joke). We politely ignored her until she found a more willing audience for her stories. Some of her boasts included being a "top world pageant queen" and "Disney wants me to be the voice of their next Princess, but I can't tell you the name of the movie because it's super secret."
