Description
This is something I finished a while ago when I wanted to experiment with glows and some other BG effects in Photoshop.
The "Planet Wand" is a relic from the Sailormoon days of middle school. It's not my original idea - one of the girls came up with the idea for wand that could summon the power of all the planets, and I simply sketched it out for her. This design is based off that sketch.
The wand was made in Illustrator.

Yoooo! That would be EPIC for Sailor Twinkle to have, shouting out her beloved Sailor Senshi besties with the ultimatum of wands!
What if, the part of where the planets are, was like a spinning wheel? Just spin the wheel and whatever planet it lands on, you'll be able to use that power.
Or they might be separate buttons you can push!
The red gem should also be a button to interchange modes from planets to zodiac signs.
