IT'S SAILOR STAR WAVE
Sailor Star Wave was created by my friend Kelly. I really love the concept of her character - Star Wave draws her power from energy that can be measured in wavelengths. Originally, I believe her attacks were Heat Waves (offense) and Magnetic Waves (defense).
What else can she possibly control? Radio Waves, to send messages or confuse enemies. Light Waves, to bend and make herself invisible...
I did make some changes to her original design, mainly to her hair. Originally, it was too much like Mercury (bangs) and Saturn (length).
About a year ago or more, I started digitally remastering all the fan characters created by me and my friends as part of the "Sailormoon: Gold" project.
